railway reserves "railway reserves" means- (a) all lands duly reserved, whether before or after the commencement of this Act, for the purposes of the Federated Malay States Railways or the Johore State Railway or Keretapi Tanah Melayu under the provisions of section 62 of the National Land Code 1965 or under the corresponding provisions of any previous land law as defined in the National Land Code 1965; and (b) all lands deemed to be railway reserves under the provisions of section 16 or section 17 of the repealed Ordinance; ACT 463 - RAILWAYS ACT 1991 2.
